My server does not work.

Sending JOIN GAME test to 192.168.1.46 on UDP Port 23073... FAILED!
Step Two: All-Seeing Eye Test
Sending test to 192.168.1.46 on UDP Port 23196... FAILED!
Step Three: Remote Administration
Sending test to 192.168.1.46 on TCP Port 23073... FAILED!
Step Four: Map Download Connections
Sending test to 192.168.1.46 on TCP Port 23083... FAILED!

TEST RESULTS:
- Total Passed: 0/6
- UDP Check: error (Vital)
- ASE Check: error
- Admin Check: error (Vital)
- Download Check: error
- Final Test Result: FAILED! Please check your network configuration.

I don't know what to do to fix this. Can someone help? I read stickies, but they didn't really help me.

You need to use your EXTERNAL IP, not your LAN IP. 192.168.1.46 is a LAN IP.

I used my external, and it still failed all tests.

You have a firewall running? Also you need to forward your ports if you have a router.
