How do I make a dedicated server that runs wether or not my computer is still on?

You must have your computer turned on and online, otherwise you have to rent a server from a server host.

Yes renting a server costs, and nope there isn't anywhere to get a free one. Since its nearing Christmas, you may find some Christmas deals ;)
