Joining Gather Servers

I know this may sound silly, but I don't quite seem to understand how to join a #soldat.gather server. These irc commands allude me. I read up on all the info at the base website, so I remember the basic commands. But, where do I go to hop on the gather bandwagon?

European servers: /j #soldat.gather (Not positive, but I think you need to be authed to join. Someone will probably correct me if that's mistaken, but regardless, it's good to be authed.)

North American servers: /j #sna.gather

basically... if there is a gather going (if you see a list of less than 6 players) then type !add to join in the list. If there is no people in it then just type !on to start a gather.

in #sna.gather just type !add, no need for !on.

When it fills up then it'll tell you what server to go to.

Since this was posted in mapping help, I suppose you're seeking to play custom maps in which case, sna.gather won't help you.
