Why isnt my avatar working? It follows the rules and is the right size. It was working a couple minutes ago.

I'm going to venture a guess that whatever site you got that from doesn't allow hotlinking.  I'm going to download it and use the avatar uploader for it instead.  It should be working in a couple minutes
