But when i do its not moving So i put it in my sig for now

Can someone help me fix this???

Seriously. It's too large. Both it and the image in your signature. Read the rules and get them fixed/get new ones.

i know according to the rules, his avatar is too big, etc. but do you guys really have THAT sucky of computers? i thought mine sucked, a 512...

your avatar breaks the rules, it is 135KB and the most allowed is 20

Your signature breaks the rules in just about every way possible.  Please remove them, read http://forums.soldat.pl/?action=help and then fix them so that they obey the rules
