www.soldat.pl is down. any meaning to this?

I noticed that the Soldat website is down.  My first reaction is: "OMG MICHAL'S RELEASING 1.3.2!"  Then I decided that it would be too good to be true, and the time-zone differences don't help either.

Is this routine maintenance, a random crash, someone hacked the server, or is something amazing going on?

This is not the release of 1.3.2.  Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be fixed shortly.

edit: this looks and feels like a DDoS attack on his host
