server banning

4) do you talk a lot of crap to people and annoy them?

As mar77a stated maybe the server has a nick name registration script.

Being registered shouldn't effect anything

Though having dial-up will, Having dial-up means u'll have hi ping and a lot of don't like hi ping because it can make the server laggy

Try going into servers with lo ping, like U13 servers for example

Apocalypse is a pretty common name, try chaning it, add a "-" at the end or something, and join the server again.

And obviously make sure your not still under  "Major" as lots of servers auto-kick them.
