Okay, you can be an admin in two ways: /adm (name) and /adm (ip)
Whats the different between them? It is that if ur admed by name, if u restart ur computer then ur arent an admin and if u /adm ip, then ur admin until u chaange ip?

They are the same. One is just easier to do, if you don't know their IP address.
