Only anime shows I've felt any interest in over the years are Pokemon (original TV series) and various hentai.
so clearly jgrp is a goddamn anime connoisseur. his opinion might as well be law here.

Oh right...that didn't occur to me, but it definitely makes sense.

Heh, I guess I'm kind of slow on the internet.  My friend showed me that post fairly recently and I had never seen it before.  Naturally, I thought it was hilarious.

yeah, but you bought the games that are on it and are registered to you.  If he only bought one game and got his steam account as a result of that, it isn't unreasonable for him to think that he bought his steam account

no he can't just reinstall it.... if he gives the guy his username and password and then the guy changes the password... he will need to get a new steam account and then buy all of the games again

I would have showed some mercy actually....if all he had was like counter strike on it, I'd just give it back to him....but if he had like 20 games on it screw that.

if you gave him mercy then he wouldn't have learned his lesson, and he would scam others, but he wont give others mercy

If they're stupid enough to fall for it, they deserve it.

I actually agree with this logic, though it would be more proper to say that he would /try/ to scam other people

Hehehehe I pulled off something like that on runescape a few years back. I ended up giving his account back with nothing lost, and told him to never try and steal accounts again. He probably started again the next day though. I like that though. His plan worked perfect.

this is a little off topic but what is a "steam account"??  and scamming is just downright wrong if you cant get it done the right way on your account what makes you think taking another is gonna help

Steam is a frontend for just about every game produced by valve software. Its easy access to all the games. You can also pay extra with your account to get more games available on your steam frontend online. I dont have one, but I have friends who do. Thats all I know about it.
