Flame weapon on admin command

Is it possible to be able to make it so when you type in an admin command you get the flame weapon? and predator mode?
Could someone make that script for me?
(very n00bish when it comes to these scripts)

You can do the flamer thing in the next version of the Dedicated Server, but you can not do the Predator thing.
