The demo is kinda strange, one of the players is bugging, it looks like he's speccing but he's actually not >_>
There's also a few pauses, just press F10 every time to unpause it. I recommend watching it 150% speed It's much more exciting.

I watched it, you need to move a lot faster then that, and you need to play on servers where you aren't the only one with 200-some ping, you don't take advantage of jumps.

When you are going to jet up, you want to spring up as much as you can, jump, and before the force of the jump fades you need to continue to jet, boosting you up faster then just a half assed jump and jet, you also need to use your jet and boost more, you have a spaz and you don't spaz out!

When you have the flag, shoot back at them, i only saw you do that one time, and you only scored one time. when you shoot back, you go faster and possibly they get damaged/are held back.

Be more unpredictable, use the backflip and flips and rolls sometimes.

How abouts you use Wink instead ? It's like a cheap version of snagit so people don't have to download anything

I believe the file was too large for he forum upload system, and if it wasn't, I would've had to wait a million years for the post. I find filefront is good because I can upload large files quickly.
About the lag, I can't help it. The best my ping will be is 200 until my internet is fixed, which I perdict won't be for ages >.<
