No. Nudity of any kind is against the rules, and that was clearly in a sexual nsfw nature. The bottom line is swears in text is allowed, but actual images that are downright sexual and on the verge of porn are not allowed.

If you want to learn Japanese, "koebu"(http://koebu.com/) is an useful website for the purpose. One thing, I don't know if the site allows you foreigners to access it or not.

You can hear a tons of native readings aloud by Japanese WITH the texts in raw Japanese. Note: The texts are written by Kana and Kanji, not by the Roman alphabet.

It is good to know a pronunciation of Japanese because you can listen to and read the text at the same time.


[About koebu]
Koebu is a site for casual writers and speakers/singers. You can post a subject that is a short novel, poem, play or something in Japanese.

Also you can post a MP3 that is a voice/song file. All of MP3s must be made for a subject. In other words, firstly, a subject must be posted. Secondly, a MP3 is posted for the subject. So a subject can have MP3s.

A subject can be posted by yourself for yourself. Usually readers/singers choose a nice subject posted by others.

You can listen to the MP3 without subscribe. You can't add smiles/comment without subscribe.

I gave a try at koebu while being on my phone , they have a mobile version and it's accessible  for foreigners as well but everything was written in japanese , i'll need to find some way to make the website in english , seeing as i'm gonna take japanese classes this fall. Koebu supports phone but you can only listen to 10 sounds per day on phone, for unpaid user. It's free on PC. I don't know about the case of iPad.

You can translate a whole website in Japanese to English or others here(http://translate.google.com/). But I have never seen that kind of site works well on Japanese.

In fall, You would be messed up with lots of Kanji characters. A practice with a pencil and hands gets you to learn Kanji. Now I mostly type Japancese with PC. I can type/convert Kana to Kanji very easy and fast but I forget Kanji on a paper with a pencil day and day.
One thing, it's a good way to see a Kanji as a LEGO-ish picture with meaning. For example, 知(chi or shi) means "know". 矢(ya) means an arrow and 口(kuchi) means a mouth, so you state a thing as straight as an arrow = you "know" that.

And Japanese has tons of homonyms. Many Kanjis are very useful to assign a sound as many meanings.
