not really overrated, and overused because theyre versitile.. everything runs so smoothely

not really a waste of money.. all mp3s are around that price

and you dont HAVE to get the songs off itunes.....

and id rather have extra space than not enough space.

I got my 8 gig creative microphoto for $120, its was around $200 without the rebate.

Oh also before that I bought a 5 gig Rio Carbon for $90 I believe, great little player, still have it.
