No, not a free net poker advertisement, but... just betting. For what? ~~All the guys that loose must shout "I STOLE PIE!" in the Lounge.~~

What will be the final version of Soldat, and what will it be like, and some other stuff you wanna bet about future Soldat versions.

1.3.2, end of February 2007 - not many changes, mainly bug fixes, a handful of new bugs, perhaps a new netcode thing and a new antihack thing, that will be penetrated fully after a few weeks. Ah yes, and the registerating price goes up to 12 bucks. Weapon balance is severely ****ed up.

1.3.5, mid 2008 - some new features (crap), bug fixes, new bugs, surprisingly little amount of new stuff. Registering price goes to 15 bucks. Desperate weapon balance changes make the M79, the SPAS-12 and the MP5 worthless, while Steyr and Ruger are overpowered.

1.3.9, end 2009 - little tweaks and new stuff, features added from 1.3.5 are removed or severely nerfed to something annoying, maybe a new crap game mode if we're lucky. Every weapon is nerfed to a stage where they are all equally worthless except the Minigun, which is then the new scapegoat gun, or something.

1.4.0, mid 2010 - the final version, Michal gets tired of Soldat, new crap, and a source code release. Registeration price - 20 dollars.

That's my guess.

1.3.2 will come out in mid July of 2054.
List of fixes includes:
Team switch bug has been considered. Further action to be taken in future patches.

Looking at soldat, it has something different than other games do. What is this difference?

Soldat is growing, and not depleting over the years. Soldat is an ever growing game, and I think that unless something drastic happens, soldat will be here for a very very long time.

No silly, it's free to download the source, but there's a 20$ precompiled version for lazy asses and non-Linux users
