How do i know smones ip and plnumber?

Hey, if i want to bab some1 for ip, how can i know it? (i am not the one who hosts, i am a remote adm)
And his Player numer for "setteamx" command?

Ingame Admin:
IP: You can not view another players IP Address
ID: Just press the / button, then press F1 and a number will appear next to player names.
Remote Admin: (Like ARSSE or whatever)
IP: Right infront of you....
ID: Also right infront of you....

Another question, can i configure the server that, for example: when it is in DM mode, the restime changes to 4, when i am in ctf mode it changes to 1?

You can do that with a Soldat Server Script. But you need to know Pascal to do that.

Sure you can. /ban ID then /unbanlast
Or if you don't want to kick them: /adm Name (shows IP) then /unadm IP
