Not so great moment with a hacker

Today I played on a climb server where usually there is at lest three to six other players playing. For my surprise this time there was only one. Soon after I joined on the server, this player started spectate and then insult me. I thought that he is just a readart with a pineapple up his ass (Soldat tends to lure these...) and I just ignored him. He continued his pointless rogue for couple minutes and then disconnected. Soon after that he joined to the server again and started fly around and throw knifes at me. He missed couple throws, but when he hit me at the first time I got kicked out of the server by the automatic cheat detector.  ???

Was this just coincidence or is there really a hack that can be used to kick other players this way?

This is most likely to be a bug. Maybe it may aswell be a bug, created by a hack.

By "Flying Around", do you mean with the jets, minigun boosted or M79, or you mean just "airman" like?

No. I have the server on my favs as "[eC] EnEsCe Corp FUN #1", but I doubt that it has the same name in the lobby.

When someone picks up a weapon that's banned in a server, it automatically bans them for cheating. When he threw a knife at you, you presumably had no weapon, so you automatically picked it up when it landed. Hence the "cheating" ban.
