Hi
1. I downloaded and installed soldatserver252 off
www.soldat.pl site
2. I donwloaded arsse off soldat.pl site 2
3. I did port fordwarding on a site called
www.portforward.com4. I got a friend to try and connect ( he was helping me alone the way) he joined
5. Couple days later i told him that people were joining in spec then disconnecting a short time later
6. He asked me if i had firewall up, i said yes ( when he joined he told me to turn it off)
7. I turned it off but still he couldnt join ( note that nothing had changed)
8. The only people that join are laggers with like 1000+ Ping then they get ping kicked after 10 warnings.
I Swear i've done everything right
Any help?

Im confused major how come when i go to
www.whatismyip.com it says it is: 124.176.218.199
but on this site it says it is something else
