does ur registered version of soldat gets deleted when u install the new version of soldat?

If you re-install Windows, then yes it will get deleted, but you can just run the register program again if you have the original email.

oh, because when i ran the reg program my antiviris program said it will edit my systems reg but i accdently clicked no and denied the the reg program to change my systems reg

It ONLY gets deleted when you re-install windows or you clear it from the registry.  Otherwise it will remain untouched forever.
