I agree with the fact that it's too big (actually closet to 1/2 than 1/3) and you can see where you just added stuff (like 'Major', and wtf up with that?).  I wouldn't use this interface because I want to see what I am doing.

Holy ! that's confusing and really big. I wouldn't be able to read that in the middle of a game.
