Connection problem

Hello,
I have had soldier for now a few week, but for a certain time (I think since the installation of a router) I cannot connect myself any more to play in networks.

When I filter, I have 8 waiters which posts, when I remove the filters, tjr 8.   Some times while bringing up to date I have several of them…
When I want returned on one, its connects me, and after the plays blocks itself, and I have a message in top on the left “connection problem”.
I wanted to know if somebody had already had problem, or if somebody could help me!

are you trying to play in servers that are close to you (low ping) ?

what internet connection do you have?

I've test with a lot of serveur.
I have a 4M connection.

It's a Modem/Routeur, by UPC France, chello.fr. I'm not buy it.

go to the website of the company that makes it, see if there is new firmware for it (the software that makes it work).

This is my only suggestion, sorry.

Do other games have problems?

I have new, this game run in they other sessions of windows, but not in my session !!
