Weapon balance help

Anyone mind helping me balance out the weapon's power for my Crimsonland mod?
The fire rate, clip, and reload time stay the same (as they're the same as that of the weapons my mod replaces), what I need is a speed and power balance so no weapons will be grossly overpowered.
