Well 255 is the highest number storeable in one bit (lowest unit in computing, 8 digit Binary string). So its maxing out the number in that bit?

So at a guess: The bullet is skimming the ground getting hundreds, if not thousands of ricochets and the game, not using the 2 bit minimum method (one bit to say how many digits/bits are coming after it allowing larger numbers), rounds it to 255.

That looks bugged, it will probably be  fixed soon, or in 1.3.2.

I've had some funny little games with nade ricochets, (Or Bounces as people like to call them),
I am no good at r/s, so i went into this r/s with 2 other people at the opponent's side, i was the only bravo. They cornered me in base and started shooting at me, i threw a nade and it hit the 65-ish Degree slope. It bounced and killed them both after they killed me. It was pretty funny.

LET THE BASH PIT LIVE ON.

I used to be good at Ricochet shots, but overtime I stopped doing them and soon after didn't try at all.

When I wasn't as good with the Ruger as I am now, I used to wait for people to run up some sort of narrow slant, and position the cursor at the corner of the poly and see if the ricochet would hit them. I used to measure the angle alot so I could do headshots.

It was a nice tactic because you'd gain the upper hand, they wouldn't be able to hit you right away and when you both went at it, it would only take a cleverly placed shot to the head to out them.

Good times.
Miss your shots, miss your chance.
