I know how to use saws, drills, etc. better than most people I know.

Not really. I didn't have to deal with anyone, since they knew I took the vow. I basically kept to myself and spoke with basic body language, if it came to that. I found it to be rewarding, in a way. The divorce itself sucked, yes.
