His join date is 2008. Pit was killed in 2006 or so. He's dead serious.

I'm starting to feel old, having joined this community in 2004.

Personally I think bringing the bash pit back would be interesting, even if only to see how active the board would be.

Man when I joined back in 2006 everything was awesome.

jrgp, in my opinion that is a good enough reason to put up the bash pit and see how it goes. Only my opinion though which I suppose doesn't count a lot.
