RSAF L85A1 3.0

This is a re-release of my old mod with better sound basically.  Everything else is the exact same.

For those of you not familiar with it, it is the Royal Small Arms Factory L85A1.  It is an assault rifle currently in use by the British forces.  Replacement for the [AUG].  Also, made to fit the original Soldat style.
