external port???

ok, like it wasnt enough that people can't download maps from my server, it seems that i have a external port or something.
I ran the test at enesce port tester while my server was online, and everything failed - i did put my external IP and my port that i forwarded (23073). It's really wierd because people CAN join my server (they just cant download)...

i got all the ports forwarded, i know it... well, if they aren't, why ppl can join my server?

Because the port you are using to test is not correct, while your server is running go to http://lobby.soldat.pl:13073 and find your server, and see what port it shows.

.... Find your server in the list, put your mouse over it, but dont click it, and look down the bottom left corner it will say soldat://your.ip.address:port
