Help with modding.

I was wondering if there is a program that is any better than MS paint that I can use to mod weapons. Not for the Interface GFX, but for the Weapons GFX. Any program that is even the slightest bit more detailed would be great. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for something free, try
GIMP
, a GNU-based image editor. There's also a free Photoshop demo, too.

There's more information about this in
this topic
. My opinion on programs is stated in there.
But anyway, GIMP and
GraphicsGale
work somewhat better than Paint because you can edit the colors you select. Good luck with your modding.
