Yes, though I'm dissapointed that you took my weapons i'm even more pleased that you took the link down. No worries now, just make weapons on your own from now on, people will respect you much more, even if they arn't that good.

Seriously, you are way off.. There's no way he could ever go to prison for that. I don't know what country you're staying in, but seing as you're on the internet, I can only assume that it is at least part of the modern world. People don't go to jail for violating copyright on a soldat MSpaint made interface. I actually don't think he's actually even able to claim copyright on that thing..

Listen up..
He wouldn't by any chance have been thrown in jail anyhow. that's simply not the way it works. Modern prisons all over the world are over crowded, and with hundreds of thousands of murderes, drugdealers, childmolesters a.s.o, I harldy think they'd imprison anyone because of the issue at hand.

As long as I made it from scratch (which I did) Copyright is automatically claimed according to U.S. Copyright law.

I remember there being quite a fuzz about that when you first stated that it was copyright'ed. Alot of people will disagree on it actually being valid. I don't see how you can develop a 'program' for a game you had no part in making, and then cæaim copyright on that particular program. I would think MM had a little something to say.

However, I care not, and it's not that i really know a whole lot about that. It's a cool mod, and I'm a thankful user. That's all I care about.

If it were based off the game engine etc I suppose I couldn't, but what I'm claiming copyright on is the BMP's that I made myself. MM had no part in them neither did anyone else, thus I can claim Copyright on them. The Copyright does not include the sounds, notepads, and folders etc, but rather every BMP that was made by me.
