Human brain does not really have such thing as FPS or so. There is no refreshing like that.

If we could have such as 1000 Hz, we could actually see bullets we fire with guns and such.

oww my god, this wasn't weak computer. This was some 6 Ghz computer with 5 Gb RAM and 6  gb gfx card...

My fps is 59 - 62
