Theres no acutal 'best' mode, its just personal preference. Although you could say that Normal mode (yes, Normal mode, not "not-realistic mode

") is better as the weapon.ini is suited around Normal mode, not Realistic mode.

Personaly I prefer Normal mode.

Normal is a lot more fun, but realistic feels a tad more strategic. I love Realistic Survival too, but there are just so many whiners around those servers... "Runner", bah.

Realistic, yeah. I personally like Trenchwar games a lot, they are surely the most realistic sub gamemode of soldat.

I like normall becuse it was my first playing mode.

Realistic=I dont like easy kill

realistic is fun but i find that you lose health too easily from falling

That's why you slow down a bit using your jets right before you land.

I find Real mode annoying, kinda slow, and not as fun as Normal mode. Normal mode is just craziness, really fun, and everything can happen in a flash. Real mode - you only see what your soldat sees, there's recoil on your crosshair when you fire the weapons, the fall damage, (Even with what I just said above, it's simply a hassle to slow down when you're moving quickly across a map) and the enemies sneaking up behind you bit. (Although that kinda works both ways) I do admit that Real INF or CTF requires more strategy and can make out for some tactical plays, but for me, I don't like it.

In short:

If you prefer fast-paced, crazy, and unhindered action, play normal mode.

If you prefer more strategic and realistic gameplay, choose Real mode.

normal all the way. Its just faster. Which i like. And its to easy to die. I like longer fire fights cause more random craziness goes down. More spuermanning and dodging and the like. Although, snipers have the advantege in normal. In realistic i can lay em out way easier.

Best mode? There really isn't a "best mode" as probably already stated in this thread. Each mode has certain features which are best preferred in certain situations.
