Soldat came first, at least everyone knows that Since that game is on PSP, it doesn't really matter anyway
Michal made it by himself as far as I know. So there is no "team"
I have never even seen PSP live, so I am bit lost with it. But how in the hell do you think you can move your crosshair with some d-pad? how do you move? how do you fly, throw nade, prone, crouch, drop weapon, switch weapon, select weapon and such. I believe there isn't enough buttons.

i look at my psp, and i cry because i want an official soldat for psp (homebrew of course) with online capabilities vs psp or pc players!
I want it on my nintendo DS, but with touch-pad capabilities.
Once the source is released, tthat may be possible.

If Michal was smart, he'd keep the source code well away from the kids with "3D Soldat with more GUNZ and VECHILLEZ" glistening in their eyes...If Soldat was mine, I'd want to keep it alive for as long as possible.
