Soldat (Realistic):
Defensive Steyr, jump on the spot to gain height advantage and rain hell on their heads, secondary (knife, saw) hide in tight spaces to unleash spectacular ambushes (fortress.inf: hide at pillars, knife em when they go past :D). Often get killed because I taunt waaay too much :-\

Real Life:
I don't swear or throw hissy fits as there is very often someone else on another computer doing it for me, spend more time selecting taunts than looking at the screen.
"How do you like them apples???"
Paradoxically I'd make War for Peace

Now, you see people, everyone here has a different fighting style. Some will be reckless, but effective. Some will be methodical and deadly. Some will use a lot of unneccessary movements, but still deadly all the same. There are thousands of ways you could use to fight with. (Styles)

Yeah I love the way you presented that Blue-ninja. You got alot of great responses, I think styles mix with personality's in a way. Eg. Impatiency = Rushing in.

Soldat: I'm pretty aggressive and fast player: i boost myself often and attack straight when it's possible/wise. I'm not whining, just chatting what is necessary.

IRL: Sometimes i do shout in ts/vent :d

I tend to chase people who try to escape from me too.
I can't leave a job unfinished =P

Style is a reflection of whatever map/game mode I am playing. For CTF if I am doing offense I prefer to have an AK/MP5/Rugar with knife/socom. I try to play the goto guy. I get in first ahead of the crowd and cause a distraction. Trying to kill anything that moves and looking like a maniac all the while leading them further away from their flag, and hopefully taking a few heads with me :D Generally when I knife someone I'll leave my steel behind and take up their weapon if I think it will function well with my main.
Defense is usually a Rugar/knife for me. Knife when they get close to the flag, rugar when they are far from the flag.
I move around a lot, am very acrobatic, but I have one large issue in Soldat. Snipers. I used to try and trick them out by falling past barriers to make them shoot at me, but jetting above just as it looks like I am passing under, to make them waste their shot and then attack. I have found Snipers have become more patient and don't like to waste their shots any longer. Any skilled player with a Barret, is essentially one player already dead in CTF.

DM/TM I use every weapon except for M79/Barret/Mini and keep a knife at all times. I Use the maps and terrain to my advantage and never stay in one place to long. My TM/DM K:D is currently a 1.2, which I want to raise to a 1.5 sometime in the near future.

Wow.. I coulda wrote this into a story. Who wnats me to write them a story?

Rush in spam the crap out of them with autos and nades, stuff explodes everywhere and people die. Then I run off with the flag and cap.

Diablo  Inferno 666, go right ahead. This thread need reviving anyway.

NEW METHOD: Be unpredictable in every dodge moves. Even rushing right at the enemy seems to work pretty well, with the helps of colliders between me and the enemy.

When attacking, I attack and if the need is desired, run away, because everybody need defenders to stay alive.

I usually try to move fast.

"A moving target is harder to hit than a standing one" - UT G.O.T.Y. (tutorial)

Jumping is very important also, because shooting down makes gravity do the work for you. I try to ricochet alot of grenades. Covering is good also. Finding good cover is important when under heavy fire.

I guess its just a combination or running, dodging, 'nading, and the most inportant, shooting.

Ctf/Inf Attacking-Run, run, run, run (preferably top route.) If i see an enemy Ill shoot at em and so on but Ill keep on running. Grab flag run back to base low. And i continue this route for the remainder of the game.

Inf Defending_ Ill camp with my barret. But I dont camp in camping positions like on ledges and behind bushes. Ill just lie there where they arent going to look. Ill some times hide under dead bodies (good for survival mode.

Dance around so nobody can hit me and shoot like a devil with MP5 and so on.
Often spraying.

I often post my unfinished work in the forum because i am working gladly with other people. I can do all my work alone... but that`s in my spare time not so satisfying. Your help is welcome. Also, other people often see mistakes which i can`t see and so i am thankful for all help, criticism and comments.

Please keep that in mind.

Right now, I'm playing methodically. I stop while I'm shooting at people, and then I only focus on killing them, then once I do, I move on to someone else. It works pretty well, and I also stopped reloading everytime I was alone.

It probably has something to do with me playing GRAW 2 a lot (I kept getting wasted because I wasn't being careful enough).
