Help, I need help with making a game!

Ok, so here's the story. Whenever i make a game, and start it, no one joins it.

So, i exit the game, and i go to "Join Game". Once i have done this, i see my game in the lobby, and where it says ping, it comes up with "? ? ?" as my ping

So no one can join my game......

Please Help someone!!

Post here if you can help me plz plz plz

Is it dedicated or not dedicated server?
You can't enter your server if you close it or.. people just doesn't want to join.
