Visually, the map is outstanding work (unlike Demo and Vig, I've got nothing against the colour of the tunnels). I'd yet have to check it in actual gameplay, but so far I've noticed these things:

- slightly too much jet, as people will tend to jump up from the hill and do paratrooper-style attacks on the enemy base. Unless that's what you wanted.
-slightly too cramped tunnels. I feel that they should be just a little more open, to make it easier to go through them, instead of having to stumble at every step.
-make the Sun as behind the gostek, not in front of him. I understand you'd want to achieve the 'blinding sun' effect, but it may lead to people hovering in the air, hidden behind the sun. The hovering guy easily sees everyone incoming and can hit them accurately, while the attackers have to guess where exactly he is. This may be used by both teams, but at the outset it's an edge for Alpha
-another edge for Alpha is the flag-hut. I can easily imagine a situation in which a zealous Alpha levels his shotty at the flag and blasts it far into the deadly 'water' behind the flag. Make it that the flag can't leave the hut in the direction of the sea (perhaps create a wall similar to that on the Bravo side)
-do something with the water to make it more convincing ;)

whoa. I never noticed that lol. but I tested those things in-game and when your guy is "inside" the sun he cant shoot anyone else due to the colliders bordering the sun (lol, just thought itd be kinda funny to make the bullets hit the sun. I do that for all large celestial bodies in my maps, like the moon in my inf_Lab)

also, thanks for the first real and indepth analysis of a map Ive seen in a while. Ill look into all of your points and see what I cant do. thanks again bud! ;D

VERY nice map in terms of texture, shading, scenery, and gameplay... i especially like the hill with the tunnels... the only thing is that your lookout stand with the red flag, it looks realy cartoony... although it's a good idea, it doesn't suit the map... otherwise, pure niceness ;D

I downloaded the map (Looks great.) and installed it, but when i try to play it Soldat crashes with an error "Error loading water..something.png" and goes to desktop. Anyone else have this problem?

The only problem i see is that some scenery (ie the hut) are a bit cartoony, and out of place.

Otherwise, a great second map.

Man, my second map was, like.....
Well. I don't think i need to describe how awful it was considering that it's attached to this post.

Anyways, good job man. Visually stunning, great gameplay, Though i do agree with AThousandDeaths on two parts: Too much jet, sun needs to be behind everything. Otherwise, great job.

hmm... thats weird. it seems to work for me. try re-downloading it and overwriting all the previous files. if that doesnt work then I can pm you the link to download the .png file directly if you want

A problem - you can hide behind the sun. An idea - make a very similiar map, but longer and infiltration. A question - which server hosts this map?

Im not sure if any servers have it. I didnt think it would ever make it to a server (thats why I stuck in waypoints lol). if you dont mind the bots, it aint too bad on offline. ::)
