Soldat Enhanced 2.1 is out!

2.0 - 2.1 Changes:
- Added the M2 Static machinegun interface image (was missing from 2.0 release)
- Added Soldat Enhanced 1.0 hairstyles due to "overwhelming" demand (2 people requested it)

What is Soldat Enhanced?
Soldat Enhanced is a mod for Soldat which aims to literally 'enhance' the game as much as possible by making everything more detailed, more realistic and make the game as aesthetically pleasing as possible.


- All weapons have been painstakingly recreated as accurately as possible.
- New, realistic, high quality stereo sound effects will make your ears orgasm.
- A new sleek and sexy interface.
- New font settings improve all in-game text, especially the weapon menu.
- Brand new realistic explosions, smoke and blood all taking advantage of .png transparency.
- Realistic bullets, flames and muzzle flashes also using transparency.


Since its first release in early 2007, Soldat Enhanced has become one of the most popular Soldat mods to date, with over 4000 downloads accumulated collectively by version 1 and version 2.

thy are a bit to big for my taste..looks god beside that...but some guns look fermilliar, MZ/papasurf, don't know, not in the mood for stealingjudgementstuff now..

I don't mind the extra size, I think the weapons look really, really nice.  I like the detail

yeah im agree thast nice detial but the knife needs reside. For me  is too big

Wow, awesome mod. Even though I can agree that the guns are a -bit- too big, it's nothing that really disturbs the overall mod. The sounds are awesome too.

...damn, now I can't decide between this and Soldat Evolved.

Very Very Very nice. i dont mind the big guns because his are big because they show allot more detail.


and the only reason we thinkn there big is because were not used to em. counter strike and many other games have big weapons on the interface.

Beautiful remake of default Soldat, I like them more than Soldat Evolved, also nice pickups! Doesn't matter knife, this is pr0/perfect work.

I think at some point I'll just quickly make a scaled down version of the knife and post it here if it really bothers people. Quite a few people have said it's too big.

You known? You bring me to default style/modded Soldat, this can be replacement of all original files my Soldat, also new Steyr is... :P I never imagined about that.
Now I completely can't play/my accuracy is bad/other sentence- Soldat without your mod ;)
10/10 or 12~15/10 :P

Ilike it, and it looks very nice, but I dont like that the weapons are so big... and the M2 is a 'stationairy' machinegun, not a 'static' machinegun. :P... and Stayer... is Steyr...  there is no A... hmm... nothing else I can nitpick... i'd say 8.5/10 Because of size, and misspellings. :D if you could fix them, I'd say 9/10. :D

I'm suddenly appalled at my own spelling, generally I'm quite obsessive about it.. Luckily those errors are simply on that picture that I can quickly fix. Thanks for pointing it out.

This looks like a great mod, DLing now and will edit my post when I've had a go.

Drakor, 'static' and 'stationary' are the same thing, perhaps you meant moveable or dynamic?

EDIT: It's not too bad, wasn't entirely happy with some of the non-gun sfx.  In game the weapon sizes and shades make you look at the pixels more than usual.

Absolutly good! Mad props bud.. finnally another person who takes advantage of all that space we have to include bigger more detailed weapons. Lots of modders just dont use the space to their advantage when modding. 9/10 Excellent

For the people who don't like the knife, resizing it yourself isn't that much of a pain in the ass.

Well... I'm the only person who don't like the weapons? Sry, in my opinion they suck. Soldat Evolved is better, but your mod changes more. Anyway, I prefer playing on Soldat EVO, default sounds, and my BF2 interface ;)
