I'll support this. It's always sucky, when you can't have balanced teams in normal mode or in climbing servers, slots are filled because there's almost always one or two spectating.

This is one of best suggestions made for a while :)

I think this could be abused, get alot of ppl and join a server as spec to crash it..? I dunno.

Still can set the max spec amount tho, but they do take up player space :)
