No...i made it 2 pictures that shows the tab thingy....when mouse on tab it shows up...else { no }
And its not win98 theme ^_^ i just disabled all the visual effects...

Also, am i the only one who is having his taskbar on the left side of the screen?
Its pretty useful, as you have bigger overview when having lots of windows opened.

The first attachment is my current wallpaper; the second is the one I had about a week ago.  Normally my anime wallpapers are much better quality than this, but hey, I thought it was funny, so I screencapped it and set my background to it.

I used to keep it on the left side, but when I got my second monitor, I had to put it on the right side due to how my desk was constructed.  I keep it hidden all the time, and I keep my icons hidden too, which is why I only ever post the actual image file instead of a screenshot.

Also, with Windows 7's new interface, I'm pretty sure it's better to keep the taskbar on either the top or bottom.  But hey, I'm used to it like this, so whatevs.
