I think he's using a mac, but you can make it look like it. The toolbar up there is ObjectDock, it's free to download. Just find a similar theme to the one in the pic. Then, in the ObjectDock settings, disable the windows taskbar and enable the Dock's taskbar. You can get the weather widget with Yahoo Widgets. And maybe Atticus could give you the wallpaper.

Got mine here, some dude posted a wallpaper called "portal" if anyone remembers it...

I used to have those sheep, if anyone has that wallpaper they will get karma, because those 2 sheep are in the coolest wallpaper ever!

I just formatted the comp, and got the background from Rambo_6's link.

I don't why... I just have a tendency to want to leave my entire desktop space empty. I never have more than 4-5 icons.

.. and I'm using one of those pathetic bricopacks. <_<

nice firefox theme, the windows one is cool as well.

also, i found that awesome wallpaper (i did not make it, i just use it)
