hehe. I wonder how many people have firefox configured with tabs on the left rather than on top. imho it significantly enhances productivity.

Lol, you keep with so big sum of tabs! :o I use maximum 10 at one moment. Don't really need more at the same time.

Took this and modified the color curves a bit in Photoshop to make it look less crappy. Also added some space for icons.

I wish I saw more Linux users in this thread, even if all they had to present was boring vanilla gnome.

I do use Linux at work if that pleases you. It's Linux Mint with MATE. It's pretty much just this but with two monitors:

I use some mate apps because they work with the gtk2 themes I use with fluxbox.

Why irssi over xchat? I've never used irssi, sell it to me.

Why irssi over xchat? I've never used irssi, sell it to me.

Well it's CLI based, so it's commonly ran in screen so you can reattach and detach without logging out. Some say that using a bouncer with a normal irc client is better/easier but I prefer running irssi in screen and just attaching to it from work/home/wherever and being able to jump right in.

There's that, and irssi has built in perl scripting, great logging, nice themes, etc etc
