That could work...except that you're still toting around an 85 kilogram piece of equipment.

Ideally, you'd probably have a 3-man team carrying the gun in parts, reach their location, assemble it, and then set it up on a sturdy tripod in a protected location and then blowing away anything that crossed their path.

However...that wouldn't make for fun Soldat.

Alt+F1 - F3 are hotkeys for your custom lag settings.
Alt+F4 will disable the lag entirely.

And wouldn't 10000 rpm lag like HELL, if 900 rpm of the minigun already cause lots of lag?  :)

I never saw a minigin causing lag. This weapon cannot be 'real' just count it's real rpm and each bullet weight. 100 clip is ridiculous in 'real' terms. But Soldat isn't real at all, look at AK or minimi (and men running around with saw :). Don't try to make minigun more realistic, let's try to make it better in soldat-style way.

IRL portable Miniguns are pretty useless, because weapons like M-249 alread have RoF of 1000 rpm.
Minigun could make sense if it was converted to a lighter ammo, german 4.5x36 mm for example.
