16x16

.. The white bit on the 32x32 is supposed to be transparent >.> (except for the text)

So is the white bits outside the box on the 16x16 icon.

These are probably the best, in order of personal preference:

The last two just need the 'a' tweaked, but otherwise they're all great, particularly the first (Hudo's).

Vice thats awesome, maybe try getting rid of the S&D, make the bit on the medal where you have Soldat written change it to green to match Soldat theme.
