That's the explosion effect. Can be turned off in the game options.


It's not a bug, how do you think such thing could happen as a bug???

That's a feature that is the same in reality.
When there's a loud noise (or explosion) you'll be hearing a high beep. That's because the air-movement pressed too hard against the membrane of your ear. The harder that membrane was pressed, the longer it takes to recover and the harder the beep supresses the rest of the noise you hear.
