So I've managed to find a computer to use as a server now. But I'm not able to connect to it with the external ip. I tried the portforward topic for a router thing but in the test i get failure on all 6 parts. (I am able to join the server if i use the internal ip 192.168.1.4.)
Here's what i have in portforward for the router:
soldat       TCP/UDP  23073-23196  192.168.1.4
I'm using Netgear WGR614v6. Dunno what more info to give you atm but ask away if there is something you want to know.
