Im glad I'm here to tell him what COPPA is.. Because I've been through it. COPPA is a age rule, no one under the age of 12 is allowed here. Its an agreement you have to check ina box before you register. You can't be 12 nor under twelve. You need to be 13+

Doesn't a signed parental note allow younger?
