edit: if you find a sound there you want, right click on the link of the sound and "save target as"

search sound mods, check the margins, .pk3 files could be opened while in archive, or you can extract them and swap extension with .rar or .zip. pretty helpful sound resource this one

Check out the sound section at FPSBANANA and get back to me. I haven't tried it, but it looks very promising.

FPSBANANA is only really good for CS sounds, and not all of them are that great.

You're better off doing what I do... sample your own sounds or search royalty free sound archives and then edit the sounds in Audacity.
