I know however that in those 2 parts of the world not many people live so it could at most vary between 11;00GMT and 13;00GMT. If not MM didn't follow his promise.

ATM it is 21:35 Saturday GMT

EDIT: i saw a mistake myself MM said it would be out so it could be sooner. But it can't be later!!!

So maybe when it's Sunday at the same time for every country possible, he'll release it.

Or maybe it's not that complex and it'll release early Monday for some people or perhaps late Saturday for others, depending on where you live.
