TBA= loser?

That day I was playing normal CTF. Long time didn't played normal. So I entered the TBA public CTF server. There was like 6 persons. Long time didn't use ret, so i decided to use it. There was 2 TBA members against me. I killed them with ret like 5 times in a row. then I got ''killed by admin''. Then one of the members said: stop camping. I replied: Why camping isn't allowed? Then killed him another time. Then I got /killed by admin again. He repeted: Stop camping. Then I was mad and said: IF YOU CANT KILL A CAMPER IT'S NOT MY FAULT. Then, I killed him 2 other times and got kicked:)

Well afterall, The barrett is made for camping. I can't stand losers like them that are not skilled enough to kill one single camper. Anyways.

Sounds like some losers to me.  Don't worry though, at least everyone in Soldat doesn't pull that sort of crap.

I mean, heck, even the m79 can kill a barrett camper fairly easily, but if they weren't smart enough to use autos, they deserved to be pwn'd.

Every day, it's more my job to take out campers, because sometimes I've teamed up with noobs and they're crying about those campers. So I just hunt those campers down, and take them out with my own barrett.

Camping is allowed especially with the sniper .

thats because the snipers job is actually to camp ,seeing snipers running around and shooting is what bugs me .

yes camping is annoying hence the need to play it smart and kill the campers before they kill you .

spawn camping on the other hand is just wrong and annoying

It's not useful to camp on some CW's.. But on some funny games it may be funny and useful

TBA already has a swear-filter and a team-evener script, this most probably is another script.

I think that camping is now more useful <i mean in 1.4> cuz spraying is less powerful <it was good against camp :/  >

wow...give me that server's IP I want to rape some ass in a bush..Yeah I do hate when people whine about camping...I mean people shouldnt whine because your staying in one spot! well the bush or grass your hiding in is probably the reason. ;)

It's definitely a script, though I have no idea what triggers it. Sometimes it kills me even when I rush and don't die for a long time. That being said, TBA guys aren't noobs, and could probably mop the floor with most posters in this thread :P

hmm admin kill on any server thats public unless u know the person isnt nice... and the reason.. well it seems admin kill was the only way they could stop your |33T ownage ^^

Correct. TBA Public server has an automatic anti-camping script which kills you if you stay in one possition for too long.

This "camping detection" needs an admin on the server. Don't tell anyone :p
In fact it's just a /camp <id> command which punishes the camper more and more every time used.
(Look's like you have ignored the warning message, otherwise you wouldn't have been kicked.)

its not the question if camping should be allowed or not, or if its nice or not, or if the barret is made for camping or not.

its simply the rule at my server not to camp, over and out. if u like it stay and play, if not plz leave and dont discuss why its not allowed.

its a command /camp id
doing it the first time it kills the player and displays a message that camping is not allowed on this server
second time it kills again, displays the message and takes all points
third time it displays the message and kicks the player
forth time it bans

we made this command for easier handling with campers, we dont discuss with the ppl, simple rule

funny when pub players runs around calling pro clans noob. also, camping is VERY ineffective, it's very easy to protect a base from campers. so jsut get 1 score and you've won.
