It was for me, but I think it needs the smileys, not everyone knows the right key combos to make the smileys

If you're using a quick reply, why would you bother with smileys? The quick reply on the old forums didn't have smileys either. Even when smileys were enabled.

And I can't get the quick-reply box to work for some reason. It shows up, but when I click "Post" it doesn't actually post. Same happens with the preview.

EDIT: I use Firefox, just checked in IE too.
