I did a clean install, including deleting all prior information before doing so. Right now, I've been kicked from my server four times, had two "wrong map version" errors (on default maps -- Airpirates and ctf_Division), and had another two server errors boot me as well. :-\ Guess I'll rinse, repeat, and pray it works. :-/

Thanks MM for all the hard work. Thanks to everone who helped in the shadow as well.
Prepare for the usual after-release bug reports. ;)

Oh and, as expected, the new bullet trails are... thick. They look like anti-aircraft artillery trails. I really don't like them (they looked suspicious on the latest screenshots anyway).

i get that too, except a little differnt, instead of FFFFFFFF it's 00000000 or somthing like that, and the digits are a little differnt... someone help please!?

Me too, can't play...  it comes up with this error whenever I change screen in the menu or click anything in the menu, hence no work.

Tried ticking video compat, tried force software, tried both at the same time.. when I click force software it doesn't come up with the error, but when i start the game or intro it comes up as just a blank black screen.

=/ First server with good ping I immediately get kicked for possible cheat. I don't think that's a good sign. Oh well. I'll keep trying.

I fix the nod32 problem. Open Nod32 Control Center and disable 'AMON'. Then setup Soldat 1.4 ... After this you can enable 'AMON' again.

I liked the old font more.  And the new bullets are ugly.

Whole game looks grainier too...

Can we go back to 1.3.1?
