Bans not working ?

I am looking to people getting kicked and banned for flooding and re-joining at one  ??? What's up with that ?  :o

maybe the floodkick hasn't been modified to work with the new banned.txt format

Nope, all worked fine here when I tested... Make sure your banned file has read/write permissions
